Re-Sellers

We offer a generous re-seller program, available to independent/freelance consultants and consulting companies.

Under the terms of the re-seller agreement, re-sellers are empowered to negotiate discounts with a customer (within pre-defined tolerances) and receive a percentage of the sale price.

Under certain circumstances we are also able to ‘outsource' product support and training to re-sellers (for their own customers) with the bulk of the revenue from these activities going to the re-seller. To be eligible to provide product support and training a re-seller must first be accredited by ourselves to ensure that our customers always receive the highest possible level of service. Secondly, provision of the services by the re-seller (rather than directly from ourselves) must be seen as desirable by the customer – this is often the case, especially with consulting companies that work closely with the customer. In all cases, the customer will always be given the choice.
